Young Indians v West Indies A - 3 day First Class match 1991/2 - Ahmedabad

The Young Indians slumped to 66/4 in reply to West Indies A's 332, giving the visitors high hopes of forcing their first win of the tour.
Young middle order batsman Rahul Dravid with an unbeaten 101*, and keeper Vijay Dahiya added an unbroken 155* run partnership for the 5th wicket to enable the home team to declare.
Rose and Cummins claimed 2 wickets apiece in firey opening spells, but the sting went out of the attack when the shine wore off the new ball.
Legspinner Lewis was disappointing in claiming 0-70, but will be looking forward to more helpful conditions later in the match.
