Pakistan A collapsed for 122 in their 2nd Innings on an Uneven, to leave the ACB Chairman's XI the formality of scoring 67 for victory.
Asif Mujtaba played a captains innings to be unbeaten for 52*, but apart from opener Shakeel Ahmed jnr with 29, the rest parted without fight.
Left arm swing bowler Julian started the rot with 3 wickets in his opening spell, before Brad Hogg 4-8, and MacGill finished them off.
An unbeaten 41* from number 3 Justin Langer saw the home side home with few problems, handing them a 7 wicket victory.
Man of the Match was batsman Michael Bevan for his first innings century which had given his a vital lead.
The Pakistan A side would feel the pitch was below First Class standard, displaying uneven bounce throughout their 2nd Innings.
