The seamers did the initial damage, reducing West Indies A to 33/4, from which there was no way back.
The spinners finished things off, with a half century from Chanderpaul the only resistance in a spineless display.
Man of the Match was Saurav Ganguly for his captain's innings on the 2nd day, helping hand India A a 1-0 lead in the series.
