A well made 62 by opener Robert Samuels enabled West Indies A to declare their 2nd innings at 113/4, setting the home side 215 to win off 58 overs.
It appeared about right, with the wicket damaged the home side had little chance of winning, and West Indies A looked good for their first 3 day win of the tour.
It wasn't to be, as a long partnership for the 2nd wicket between opener Gandhi and the impressive Amre soaked up time and a Draw was the end result, despite some late wickets.
Amre made 60 in an impressive captain's innings to see his team to the Draw, while West Indies A legspinner Rawl Lewis was named Man of the Match for his impressive 1st innings bowling of 6-40.
