Despite losing their openers cheaply to an impressive Kuruvilla, they batted well to make 302/7 before declaring.
Captain Holder lead the way with 92, and was well supported by 76 from Floyd Reifer in a return to form for both batsmen.
Abey Kuruvilla kept going to take 4-54 from 24 overs, but he lacked support in a mostly disappointing bowling effort by the home side.
