The home side replied so strongly that they batted out the remaining time in the match, finishing 8 wickets down and 30 short of England A's first innings total.
Most of the batsmen made runs, with Gavin Rennie and Gary Crocker going close to centuries against an England A attack that again struggled in what is turning out to be a tough tour.
An injury in the field to Wishart prevented him from taking his place at number 3 for the home side but the other batsmen were unphased by the reshuffle.
Taylor and Tufnell finished with 3 wickets apiece, but the match was predictably drawn, rain having taken 2 hours play from the first day, and the pitch proving too flat.
Man of the Match was John Crawley for his unbeaten 240*.
